challenge is usually prioritising the vital few issues that
must the focus for improvement activity.
• This can take place at whole school level or within
individual Team Verifiers.
• The vital few can be transferred to Planner
(see details) and assigned to all members of staff.
• The remaining items in your Planning List
can be removed or kept in a pending file.
